Final design of the technical – functional completion and adaptation work of the Imperia Tourist Port – Porto Maurizio

The task involves the assignment of technical engineering and architectural services consisting of the preparation of supplementary documentation to implement the adoption of the urban planning variant pursuant to art. 59 Regional Law no. 36/1997 underlying the project for the completion and technical – functional adaptation of the Imperia Tourist Port – Porto Maurizio.

The contract is aimed at acquiring the relevant qualifying title, agreed upon and consistent with the multi-decade long-term Maritime State Concession, in favor of GoImperia Srl, an in-house providing company of the Municipality of Imperia, entrusted with the local public service of economic importance relating to the port structure and concessionaire of the state-owned area of the Imperia Tourist Port – Porto Maurizio.

It was also drafted:

  • the preliminary report for the purposes of subjection to the SEA (Art. 8 LR 32/2012 and more);
  • all the preparation of the documentation aimed at obtaining the opinion referred to in art. 89 of Presidential Decree no. 380 of 2001.

STUDY SPECIFICITY’

The assignment also covers activities related to the performance of security coordinator functions in the design phase.

The “Safety and Coordination Plan” and the “Technical File of the work” will be prepared at the times indicated for conducting the final design.

All the necessary technical documents required by current regulations will be drawn up for the prevention and protection of workers involved in the construction of the works from potential risks.
